All major short term Apartment Rental Services like VRBO and AirBnB charge 30 percent or more directly to YOU each time you book a room on top of the room rate.   They also charge a hefty up-front annual fee to landlords while holding onto your payments until the day you check in.   We pass our savings onto you plus you don't get charged their fees.
